I came in a bit skeptical and left with a couple of things genuinely worth trying. What I liked most is that none of it felt like advice for the sake of advice. I approached the same subject from a different angle at https://cow-swaps.net/ a little while back.
Nicely done — there's a lot of fluff out there on this, and your post avoids all of it. There's a clarity here that comes from doing the thing, not just reading about it.
